Had this at The Summit Bar after some lovely cocktails for the engagement party of @mjzesq.

I found the nose to be very floral with a spice or minerality.   This is a delicious, approachable, and very easy-drinking, lagerish beer with a hint of sweetness.  Not much hop bittering at all…probably could pair with a variety of foods.  If you can get it, definitely check it out, as it comes courtest of Ferran Adria of El Bulli.
